Registration for Rockies-Gold 2012 Closes Monday, August
27th
As with all Rockies-Gold events, there are no vendors and no organized
events. This will be a gathering (not a rally) for hanging-out and riding with
friends in some of the most beautiful country in the USA. With that in mind
there will be a few things planned as in previous gatherings.
New for 2012
In years past, some of the
participants have said that they would like to see organized rides that anyone
could join. In response to those requests, we will be scheduling “Open Rides”
that will be led by an experienced rider that is familiar with the route. Over
the course of the week, we will try to offer all of the rides listed on the
"Montrose Rides" Page at least once so make sure you check them out. There’s
not a bad ride in the bunch!

The rides will be open to anyone.
As with any ride, safety will be a priority. |

Open rides will begin from the Red
Arrow parking lot at the reception overhang. More details will be announced,
as they are available. |
