Tuesday:

· Scattered Arrivals; pick-up Welcome Packets at Copper Lodging Check-in

Wednesday:

· Additional Arrivals

· Regional Rides and Sightseeing

· 12PM> Parking B-Lot Upper Level

· 7-9PM Welcome Reception—Cash Bar—Incline Bar; hanging out around the Burning Stones Plaza and B-Lot; Dinner Alpinista

Thursday:

· Regional Rides

· Parking B-Lot Upper Level

· 6-9PM Hangin’ at the Backcountry Brewery, Frisco; parking on Third Ave; Reception and Dinner; Pay-As-You-Go

· Late Night: Mulligans

Friday:

· Regional Parking B-Lot Upper Level

· 5:45-6PM Stage bikes shuttle lane

· 6-6:20PM Load in Burning Stones

· 6:30PM Photos, Burning Stones

· 6:20-8:30PM Bike Show, Burning Stones

· 6:30-10PM Reception & Dinner, Cash Bar, Endo’s & Incline

· 6:30-8:15PM Fire Pit, Burning Stones

· 6:45-8:15PM Band-Classic Rock Genre, Burning Stones

· 8:30PM Bikes shuttle out of Burning Stones

Saturday:

· Regional Rides Parking B-Lot Upper Level

· 4:30PM Group Bike Photo Shot; Clinton Creek Reservoir

· 6:30-9PM Banquet, Copper Conference Center (dinner 7:-8:30)

· 9PM Reception, Cash Bar, Green Fairy

Bike Wash Station:

· At Copper Mountain Check-in Facility 2PM Tue to noon Sunday

Schedule Parameters

	- All times/venues are subject to change
	- For the Friday evening load in of bikes, Copper will provide one primary point of contact to oversee the operation but the group will need to provide a minimum of 5 volunteers to help with parking.
	- Bikes will be required to enter and exit at the given times only. Once bikes are parked they must remained parked until the designated time.
	- Copper will provide a Friday night band if the group meets or exceeds blocked room nights on the designated group block. The band is also dependant on the weather which Copper will be responsible for making the weather call.
	- The group will be responsible to supply their own photographer for the group photo
