have a number of door prizes and give-a-ways at the Saturday Night Dinner. There will also be one
or two things that will be given to each attendee. (not in any particular
order at this time)

Installation must be done by Midwest Custom Cycle Work in Evansville,
Indiana, and you must pay for the installation charge. Work must be
completed by the end of 2010.
Prize will be awarded only to the winner and cannot be re-sold,
traded, or transferred to anyone else; if you have a Traxxion
suspension it is recommend that you decline the award (if your name is
drawn) and allow someone else the opportunity to win and take advantage of
this great prize!
NOTE:
Your Hydraulic Preload Adjuster Will Be Broken Down & Inspected For Leakage.
If Your Unit Is Found Defective You Will Be Charged $150.00 For A
Reconditioned Unit.
If
your motorcycle is equipped with accessories that require extra time to remove
and replaced, a shop hourly rate of $60.00 an hour will be charged to perform
this work.
The recipient has to
present the winning certificate to Midwest Custom Cycle Work LLC in Evansville
Indiana and authorize Midwest Custom Cycle Work LLC to do the installation.
The recipient will have to pay a flat rate labor charge of $650.00, and sign
all paperwork for Midwest Custom Cycle Work LLC records. This
certificate will be good till the end of 2010. No
special times or restrictions will be placed on the installation.
The recipient must phone 812-455-6618 or e-mail
and make an appointment for the installation. Payment will be made with cash,
cashers check, or both, as Midwest Custom Cycle Work LLC does not except
