Above images taken at Copper Mountain in February -- I promise
that this snow will be gone!!! The dinner area will be
right at the base of the ski slope in the first photo. It is a beautiful
setting for dinner.
Our Saturday Night Dinner will be held at the Copper Mountain
Resort and will be a BBQ Buffet with non-alcoholic beverages. We will
probably have a bar or two open also, but WingNutZZ has not yet decided on
that. Since our HQ for Rockies-Gold is now the Copper Mountain Resort,
this will work out great as everyone can eat, hang-out, have a good time, and
not worry about having to climb on the bike to ride somewhere.
We will being gathering at the Conference Center Banquet area
around 5:30. Dinner will begin at 6:30PM. We will
start breaking-up around 8:30PM, where people can go to various places to
hang-out, including "The Green Fairy" Bar -- hey, don't blame WingNutZZ for
the name.
Dinner will consist of:
Summer BBQ Special Buffet
-BBQ Beef Brisket or Carolina Style BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich
-Poppyseed Coleslaw
-Potato Salad
-Ranch Baked Beans with Brown Sugar and Bacon
-Fresh Buns
-Iced Water Melon
-Dessert (TBD)
-Ice Tea or Lemonade
Cost is $25, including tax, resort fee, and gratuity.
We may have a bar for your purchase of beer or wine, but I have not yet made
that decision.
I must have dinner payment by August 31st, but would appreciate payment as soon
as possible. If you pay and then
cancel, I will refund your payment up to 30 days prior to the event (August
18th) as the dinner fee must be paid in-full after that time (if we are able
to fill your spot I will then refund you money).
